I coach a lot of very high-level executives who cannot wait to get back into the office, but guess what? It’s a 50/50 split on their leadership team about being ready to get back into the office.
How do we lead our people in such a way that we help them get back into the arena and then reframe and redefine the arena so that people do their best work? It’s a big question.
