We’re going to talk about a theme that is very near and dear to my heart, and it is quality over quantity. You probably heard your mom or grandmother or your dad talk about this in some degree as you were growing up, which is quality trumps quantity. Quality trumps quantity every single time, and I really do believe that’s true and it’s certainly true when we’re doing our deep work.
That time that we spend in the dark, that time that we spend alone, that time that we spend in the grind, working our craft to fulfill in the daylight on what it is we wanna do, has to be quality reps. There really does have to be serious quality in what we do, right? Quality reps, do the quality reps.
